• Job title: Carpenter Multi
• Location: Wolverhampton
• Salary: £34K per annum with option for call out
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am‑4:30pm
• Benefits: Van and fuel card provided
• Leave: 23 days + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

• General Carpentry Work: carry out a wide range of carpentry tasks, including 1st and 2nd fix work, door hanging, skirting, and architraves, as well as other joinery tasks
• Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance: work in occupied and void properties, repairing and maintaining elements of social housing such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and doors
• Property Refurbishments: undertake refurbishment work across various housing units ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
