Carpenter – Multi Trades Maintenance – Berkshire and Hampshire

Salary: £35,000 per year base, plus on-call and overtime OTE £40,000+. Company van available (personal use) with 25 days holiday, bank holidays and regular overtime and call-out opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites including hotels, pubs and restaurants.
• Perform carpentry work: repairs to doors, locks, woodwork, skirting boards, architraves and some roofing duties.
• Provide basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating.

Qualifications & Experience

Multi-skilled carpenter with basic experience in plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating. Ability to work independently and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
