Job Summary

Salary: £35,265.00 – £38,234.00 per year. Location: Southampton locality. This role is for an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi to join the Property Team. The position includes a company van and fuel card for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs as part of the Repairs Team, providing 1st and 2nd fix solutions.
• Install windows, doors and door frames – both internal and external.
• Service and install UPVC, perform locksmithing and gain entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking.
• Handle all types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
• Fit kitchens, build kitchen structures and undertake minor joinery work.
• Perform basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and other general maintenance tasks as required.
