**Job Description**

This role focuses on new construction, renovations, and remodels of residential and commercial properties. You will perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, from framing and structural work to finish carpentry and installation of interior and exterior components, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

**Responsibilities**

+ Engage in residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels
+ Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
+ Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed
+ Perform exterior and interior general framing, including wood framing
+ Complete interior trim installs, cabinets, and countertops
+ Build decks, install flooring, and perform interior/exterior door installations
+ Install windows, siding, and roofing
