+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively, including skill saws.
+ Conduct general installations and wall building.
+ Hang doors and ensure proper fittings.

**Essential Skills**

+ 5+ years of construction carpentry experience.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
+ Experience with framing and drywall.
