**Framing & Finish Carpenter**

This role offers the opportunity to work on a landmark, multi-building commercial project in Londonderry, NH, with construction scheduled through 2028. The project includes six buildings featuring a mix of multi-family residences, a clubhouse, and retail space. You will perform frame-to-finish carpentry, focusing on high-quality installation of doors, decks, railings, and other commercial construction elements as part of a large, skilled carpentry team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform frame-to-finish carpentry on a large, multi-building commercial project, including multi-family, clubhouse, and retail structures.
+ Install doors, door hardware, and door handles to precise specifications and quality standards.
+ Build, install, and secure decks, railings, and related exterior and interior structures.
