**Job Title: Lead Carpenter / Mechanic – Commercial Interiors (+$36/HR)**

**Job Description**

This role leads and performs commercial interior construction work with a strong focus on cold-formed metal framing, drywall installation and finishing, RF foil installation, and acoustical ceiling systems. The Lead Carpenter/Mechanic ensures high-quality workmanship, accurately interprets construction documents, and coordinates daily activities with project stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and timely project execution.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform precise layout and installation of 16-gauge cold-formed metal framing systems for commercial interior projects.
+ Oversee and perform drywall hanging, taping, finishing, and punch-list completion to meet project quality standards.
+ Install RF foil and other specialty wall and ceiling assemblies in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
