Aerotek is hiring immediately! We are currently hiring for carpenter helpers to do work within one hour in all directions of Plainville, MA. This role will involve lifting windows, cutting material, and utilizing hand and power tools. You will need to bring your own hand tools to the job as well as a hardhat, boots, and a high vis vest. **Responsibilities:**

+ Perform wood framing for large-scale commercial projects, including multi-family and other commercial buildings.
+ Execute precise cutting, trimming, and nailing of wood materials according to project plans and specifications.
+ Build and install stair and rafter systems, ensuring accurate measurements and secure construction.
+ Work with pre-fabricated wall panels and trusses, including handling, positioning, and fastening them in place.
