**CARPENTER FOREMAN**

**$25–$34/hr | Year-Around Work | Residential Work**

If you’re a solid carpenter who can **run a crew and get quality work done** , this is a great opportunity. We’re hiring a **Carpenter Foreman** to lead residential builds from rough framing through finish work.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

+ Lead and manage a **carpentry crew on new home builds**
+ Handle **rough carpentry** (framing, backing, blocking)
+ Perform **finish work** (trim, cabinets, doors)
+ Read and follow **blueprints and layouts**
+ Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
+ Check work to make sure it meets quality standards
+ Work with other trades to keep jobs moving

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

+ **5+ years** residential carpentry experience
+ Strong skills in **both rough and finish carpentry**
+ Experience **leading or running a crew**
+ Able to read and follow blueprints
