**Job Overview**

Portzen Construction is seeking full-time Carpenters.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Read blueprints
+ Assist in building concrete formwork, pouring and finishing concrete
+ Rough framing wood or steel studs
+ Finish carpentry including doors, cabinets, countertops, interior and exterior trim
+ Ability to take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
+ Work with Foreman or Project Superintendent to successfully complete projects
+ Ability to understand carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
+ Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools including powered saw, hammers, rulers, etc.
