**Job Scope:**

+ Layout materials
+ Erect residential or commercial framework; concrete forms, walls & roofs
+ Install doors frames, doors, windows, cabinets, molding & trim
+ Read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and building plans to determine material requirements and dimensions
+ Safely operate hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and pneumatic nailer's, while maintaining tools
+ Estimate material needs, troubleshoot issues, and mentor apprentices
