Carpenter / Site Supervisor - (Permanent)

Pro Staff Construction Ltd are currently working with a construction company that is looking for a Permanent Site Carpenter / Supervisor.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you will be expected to carry out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry works while also overseeing the day‑to‑day running of projects on site.

The Role

• Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry works
• Supervising operatives and subcontractors on site
• Ensuring staff arrive on time and daily attendance sheets are completed
• Monitoring Health & Safety standards on site
• Assisting with the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish
• Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter within construction
• Previous supervisory / team leading experience
• Strong understanding of site Health & Safety
