Shaw Healthcare is recruiting for Carpenter to cover our 14 care services in the Powys region.

Location : Powys - Travel across 14 care service is required

Hourly Rate : £18.50 per hour plus monthly car allowance of £385

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Objectives

• To provide an effective and reliable planned and reactive carpentry service to the organisation’s portfolio of care homes across the county of Powys.
• To work closely with the Building Surveyor and Facilities Manager to provide a professional carpentry service using own initiative to programme and deliver a high standard service and ensure it is carried out in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, company policies and any other relevant legislation covering safety within the workplace.
• Primary Duties are to maintain, repair and replace fire doors and frames as required.
