**Job Description**

This role involves a wide range of general labor carpentry tasks, including framing, blocking, installing door and window frames, and applying flashing on commercial projects. You will measure, cut, and install building structures, use various hand and power tools, and maintain a clean and safe work area. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in outdoor construction environments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general carpentry work, including framing, blocking, and installing door and window frames.
+ Install flashing and other related materials according to project specifications.
+ Measure, cut, and install building structures with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and construction drawings as needed.
+ Use saws, hammers, power tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring tapes safely and effectively.
