The role involves building subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications while collaborating with lead carpenters and crew members to achieve daily goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications.
+ Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
+ Measure, cut, and assemble framing components with precision.
+ Work collaboratively with lead carpenters and crew members to meet daily goals.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
+ Adapt to changing site conditions, including uneven terrain and variable weather.
+ Follow established processes to ensure quality and reduce rework.
+ Lift 50 lbs regularly.
