Key duties:
• Understanding construction blueprints, sketches, and project plans to determine dimensions and materials needed for construction tasks.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, plastic, fiberglass, and other construction materials.
• Building, assembling, and installing frameworks, partitions, rafters, staircases, door frames, windows, and other structures in residential and commercial buildings.
• Installing flooring, doors, windows, exterior wall claddings, sheathing roofs and other essential fittings in line with project specifications.
