Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM Start (40+ hours/week)

**Job Overview**

Looking to get into the trades or grow your carpentry skills? Join a busy construction crew working on commercial projects in and around Hagerstown. You’ll learn framing, installation, and job site basics while working alongside experienced carpenters.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with framing, window installs, and general carpentry work
+ Use hand and power tools on active job sites
+ Measure, cut, and prep materials
+ Follow directions from lead carpenters and foremen
+ Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
+ Travel with crew to job sites (local work)

**Requirements**

+ Some construction or labor experience preferred
+ Willingness to learn and work hard
