Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Caretaker who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment and understands the vital role this plays in supporting students’ learning and wellbeing. This role would suit a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives on responsibility, demonstrates initiative, and is committed to ensuring the highest standards across all aspects of site management.

As a key member of the support staff team, you will assist in leading and managing the site team effectively, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and security of the school premises and grounds. You will play a central role in facilities planning, health and safety compliance, and the delivery of development projects, working closely with the Headteacher and Business Manager to support the school’s strategic vision.
