Caretaker - Part Time Hours (Public Sector)

Are you looking for a Caretaker role? Interested in working for a large public body for a period of 12+ months with a possible extension? VANRATH are recruiting a Caretaker to be responsible for opening and closing of building, set up and take down of meeting rooms, all Health and Safety checks and recording keeping, cleaning duties for the building.

Shift pattern:

• Mon 6-10pm
• Tue 8-11am
• Wed 8-11am
• Thur 8-11.30am
• Fri 6-10pm

Some flexibility is required to meet business requirements and staff leave.

Remuneration

c£13.69 per hour, alongside holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a full range of caretaking duties relating to the Centre and the Sea Cadets Building (e.g. replacing light bulbs and plugs, minor repairs of equipment). Set up and take down equipment for user groups as appropria...
