Title: Caretaker

Hours of Work: 2:30pm to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, all year round

Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour

Benefits: 20 days holidays rising to 25 days after 5 years' service. In addition, 3 occasional days between Christmas and New Year - plus statutory bank holidays. Option to purchase up to 2 additional weeks holiday per year. Holidays are pro‑rate for part‑time colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the school in providing a safe, effective, and efficient learning environment.
• General caretaking duties including closing the premises, liaising with contractors, basic maintenance and repairs, waste management, emergency call outs and health and safety checks.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and security is maintained to safeguard the welfare of all staff, children and visitors using the school premises.
