Job Description

The Role:
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a high level of general cleanliness, general maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a friendly and efficient service to the public. Driving duties and other services to support the activities of the Section in keeping with aims and values.
Hours of work: 18.50hours per week
Requirements: 
A minimum of one year's employment experience working as a caretaker with specific experience in at least three of the following areas:
Cleaning;
Maintenance Work;
Erecting, dismantling and storing equipment;
Security;
First Aid.
Knowledge of Health and Safety
Knowledge of CoSHH 
Knowledge of cleaning material stock taking.
Experience of operating electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment
Experience of operating heating plant equipment
A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a car...
