Job Description

• A Resort Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing daily operations, and overseeing the facility’s upkeep. Duties include cleaning, landscaping, performing minor repairs, coordinating guest services, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance, hospitality, or property management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies
• Physical stamina for outdoor and maintenance tasks
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills is a plus
