To manage the daily care and upkeep of a private villa in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, We are seeking an experienced live-in caretaker couple.
The couple will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the residence.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• General property maintenance: basic repairs, routine upkeep, and coordination of external contractors (gardener, pool technician, security, etc. ).
• Security and supervision: opening/closing the property, access control, and ensuring vigilance when the owners are away.
• Technical oversight: regular checks and monitoring of household systems and installations.
• Vehicle management: cleaning, routine maintenance, scheduling service appointments, and driving the family when required.
