Caretaker

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Caretakers to begin work for a well-established company in the Bournemouth area.

About the role:

* Working Hours - 52 Hours a week

* Pay Rate - £30,519 - £33,699 per annum

* Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance, including general repairs, plumbing, carpentry, site security, waste disposal, outdoor maintenance, setting up rooms for exams/events, and supporting health & safety compliance.

* Long-term work for the right candidate

* Start: ASAP

About You:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual & reliable

* Physically robust, honest and flexible

* You must have experience in maintenance repairs and the use of hand tools

* Driving Licence essential

* Knowledge of plumbing/electrical works desirable

* GCSE Level 2 Maths and English desirable

* Enhanced DBS
