Caretaker

Position

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Wheelers Lane Primary School, Birmingham B13 0SF. This is a permanent full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £26,728.21 per annum.

Working Hours & Shift

Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shift between opening hours 6:00 am – 18:00 pm.

Responsibilities

The Caretaker is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, care and availability of the education premises, including the building fabric, furniture, fittings, equipment and mechanical and electrical assets.
