Caretaker

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in HML School Wheeler Street Birmingham B19 2EP. This is a permanent full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,728.21 per annum and a benefits package.

Shift times

Monday to Friday 8‑hour shift between opening hours 6:00 am – 7:00 pm.

What will you deliver?

Responsible for the delivery of caretaking/premises upkeep within the school, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the Project Agreement requirements.
