Caretaker Required - Ipswich

We are currently recruiting for a caretaker to work at a Sixth Form College in Ipswich.

Location

Ipswich

Duration

6-8 weeks initially, with the potential for ongoing employment.

Pay Rate

£14.25 - £14.50 per hour.

Shift Patterns

• 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Responsibilities

• General site maintenance
• Security checks
• Opening and locking premises
• Ensuring the site is safe, clean, and well‑maintained

Requirements

• Previous caretaking or site maintenance experience preferred
• Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one ASAP
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
