Responsibilities

• Supervision & Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents. Monitor common areas and be available for emergencies.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Oversee regular cleaning of rooms and common areas. Handle minor maintenance and repairs or coordinate with contractors for larger issues.
• Resident Relations: Address resident concerns, complaints, or requests, and maintain a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, caretaking, or maintenance is often preferred. Experience in customer service or working with residents or tenants can also be valuable.
• Skills:
  • Maintenance Skills: Ability to perform minor repairs and upkeep (e.g., plumbing, electrical work, carpentry).
