Caretaker – 21 hours per week (Boldon Community Association)

£25,989 per annum (pro rata)

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide caretaking services within the Community Centre and Boldon Village Hall, including cleaning.
• Operate heating and lighting systems.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance.
