We are searching for confident and composed Relief Support Workers in the Durham region to deliver person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.This role offers an opportunity to help service users access a wide variety of personal development opportunities. Since our Durham services operate 24 hours a day, you must be prepared to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.You should possess excellent communication and engagement skills and demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
