The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced, Multi Skilled Carer to join the team at Wearne Home located in Mandurah. This role is offered on a part time basis working 24.5 hours per fortnight, the roster is as follows:

Week 1 

Thursday: 15:00-21:00

Friday: 15:00-21:00

Saturday: 15:00-21:00

Week 2 

Saturday: 16:00-20:00

Sunday: 16:00-20:00

Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support resident’s physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing through individualised care delivery

• Assist with resident’s care needs in line with their care plan

• Collaborate with team members to promote a harmonious working environment
