You don’t need previous experience, but you must be the kind of person you would like caring for your own mum. That is, committed, honest, trustworthy, reliable, respectful, and sensible, with a pro-active and flexible approach to work. And you must have a sense of humour – here at Walfinch we like to bring fun into the lives of caregivers and clients every day!
