Carer Peer Support Worker (Mental Health Older Adult Wards)

It is why we’re embedding lived experience roles across our mental health and learning disability services, and we’re looking for a carer Peer Support Worker (PSW) to join us at this exciting time.

This role is for someone with lived experience of caring for someone with mental health issues, who feels comfortable using their experiences to show empathy and understanding, to help others and to inspire hope and recovery. As this role is within inpatient wards, we are looking for someone who has resilience, great communication skills and a willingness to utilise and share their lived experiences to support others.
