Job Summary:

NuChoice Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker to join our team of dedicated care providers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation, including grocery shopping and cooking
• Provide medication reminders and manage medication schedules
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Accompany clients on errands and outings, and engage in companionship activities
• Participate in activities that promote social interaction, such as outings, games, and hobbies
• Work 9-hour days, with occasional overtime as needed
