Role Overview

The Careers & Ambition Lead is responsible for developing and delivering a whole‑school careers programme. The post requires strategic leadership, high‑level personal guidance, and partnership development with local businesses to provide work‑related learning opportunities for pupils.

Key Responsibilities

• Align the careers agenda with the school’s values of kindness, hard work, and ambition.
