Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle for internships and final placements. Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners to expand placement opportunities. Collaborate with Deans, faculty, and alumni to identify and unlock new career pathways for students. Provide hands-on career guidance to students, including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
