Career Advisor
A local company in Pensacola, Florida is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Career Advisor to join their team. Career Advisors provide direct support to participants in the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program (NCPEP). They help non-custodial parents overcome barriers to employment, connect with workforce resources, and achieve self-sufficiency. Career Advisors work closely with the NCPEP Program Coordinator, employers, and community partners to ensure participants receive individualized guidance and support.
Job Responsibilities:Conduct intake and orientation for program participants. Provide individualized career counseling, including career exploration, goal setting, and job readiness planning.
