Career Accelerator Program - Operations Analyst

**What You Will Gain From This Role:**

+ Interaction with production and engineering team to establish production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements. As well as coordinating production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
+ Partnering with capacity planners to ensure capacity/capability in place to support projected demands for our customers
+ Collaborate with MPO to enable effective RP planning and propel order fulfilment to a higher attainment

**Job Description:**

+ Rationalize SDM demand and develop a weekly lot start plan.
+ Review demand forecast (RYG) to determine allocations and equipment move/install.
+ Perform equipment loading studies and determining methods for flow linearization and reduction in variation
+ Comprehend and coordinate changing needs and eliminate capacity constraints to support customer demands
+ Execute daily loading and drive SPA (Start Plan Attainment)
