Working for an amazing charity who support autistic young people and their families, you will help transform their lives by not only caring for and supporting them day to day but helping them to learn and develop life skills and improve their quality of life.

As part of a highly trained team, you will be fully supported in developing your career as a Care Worker. Not only will you gain a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, you will also gain Autism Practitioner certification – all paid for by the charity.

Day to day you will help deliver the care and support needed as well as being involved in activities individually designed to help develop their skills and learn – this could include reading, playing games, playing sports...
