  There will be a care plan and your tasks will vary depending on the person you are supporting. As a Community Care Worker, your responsibilities may include:
 Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
 Providing support with going to the toilet or managing continence care
 Helping with bathing or showering 
 Provide support with getting dressed
 Administrative task include recording information on the visits
 Flagging up any potential issues
