Care Support Worker

In this role you will get to know your clients, their interests and individual needs and provide both emotional and practical support. You will assist with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing), domestic household tasks, meal preparation and support clients with medication, mobility aids and personal equipment where required. A responsibility is to monitor overall wellbeing and report to the Registered Manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client.

We encourage clients to remain as independent as possible while ensuring their wellbeing is always supported and safeguarded.
