Job Description

Part-time Care Support Specialist ($16/hour)
Springfield, MO Penmac Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Care Support Specialist to support daily operations at a residential care home in Springfield, MO. This role helps create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents by assisting with daily routines, household operations, and basic care. This position will work up to 19 hours per week. The hours would be 4 to 8 hours shifts depending on the operational needs. Evening Shift is 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Overnight Shift is 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
Care Support Specialist Responsibilities
Answer phones, take and deliver messages, and complete telephone intake assessments
Assist with medication documentation as directed
Conduct safety checks throughout the building, including safe sleep environments
Ensure residents complete chores, pass room checks, and follow program agreements
