The Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to join our team. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same, and you have the time to truly make a difference.

Unlike rushed care environments, we ensure minimum 1-hour visits, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred care.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.15 per hour during your probationary period
• £13.50 per hour upon successfully achieving your care certificate and completion of your probation.
• 45p per mile mileage allowance between calls
• Paid annual MOT after probation
• Full training and shadowing with experienced Care Professionals
• Level 2 & 3 care qualifications supported
• 28 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays) pro rata’d to your working pattern
