Care Manager- Telephonic Nurse Part Time

**Shift/availability details:**
+ **This is a part time position scheduled for 20 hours. Every other week the schedule will be as follows:** **- Week 1 schedule: Sunday from 11:30pm-8am & Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30pm-6am EST.** **- Week 2 schedule: Saturday from 11:30pm-8am & Tuesday and Friday from 11:30pm-6am EST.**
+ **Required to work a rotating holiday schedule.**
+ **Training requirements: Weekdays (Monday-Friday) in the evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during the day and/or in the evening.**
In this position you will work-from-home in a remote setting as a telephonic Registered Nurse.
