Dovida is seeking a dedicated Care Manager Team Leader to join our team based in Scoresby. In this key role, you’ll support and lead our Care Management team, helping to shape and enhance the client experience across Melbourne Outer East Region.

You will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and motivating Care Managers to reach both individual and team objectives.
