Lead resident care initiatives at AgeCare as the Assistant Director of Care. Drive compliance and coordinate nursing practices within our supportive long-term care community.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will play a crucial role in planning and organizing resident care at AgeCare. You will partner with the Registered Staff and RAI-MDS Coordinator to streamline documentation and ensure adherence to nursing regulations. Your geriatric nursing expertise will be pivotal in conducting audits and modifying care plans for residents.
