Care Home Manager
Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Salary: £70,000 per Annum + Excellent PRP Bonus

Set in one of their luxury Nursing Homes with a Good CQC rating, in a stunning historic, period property, offering spacious surroundings with a beautiful garden.
Role:
As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring it delivers the highest standards of person-centred nursing care. You will lead a dedicated team to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for residents.
You will play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving financial targets. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll have the autonomy and support to make a positive impact on residents' lives.
