What we offer

• £14.00 per hour
• 45p per mile mileage paid from your first call
• Guaranteed hours (28–32 hours available)
• Double-up domiciliary care only (no lone rural runs)
• Predictable routes and planned rotas
• Supportive coordination team — no last-minute firefighting
• Opportunity to pick up extra hours if you want them
