Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met
• Provide companionship and engage clients in enjoyable activities
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate team members
