Care Assistant

Full Time Role working 3 on 3 off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities in the home.
• Deliver compassionate care that respects each resident's individuality and supports those with limited mobility, distress or end‑of‑life needs.
• Identify signs of abuse, harm or neglect and undertake safeguarding training appropriate to your role.
• Seek appropriate advice and report concerns, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and to act appropriately.
• Completion of safeguarding training and willingness to undertake additional training as required.
